Upstream For Artists (“Upstream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by T Maxwell Enterprises, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.

This policy applies when you visit our website, purchase services, submit music, communicate with us, interact with a reviewer, complete forms, or otherwise use Upstream.

02 Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Upstream, we may collect:

• Name, email address, artist name, and contact information
• Order, service, transaction, and account information
• Electronic signatures and agreement acknowledgements
• Information submitted through forms or customer-support messages
• Reviewer applications and professional profile information
• Audio, music links, song titles, lyrics, artwork, project information, and other creative material
• IP address, device information, browser information, website activity, referral information, cookies, analytics, and approximate location derived from technical information

03 Music & Creative Submissions

Upstream may collect audio files, links, lyrics, artwork, song information, project details, questions for reviewers, and other materials you voluntarily submit.

Submission of creative material does not transfer ownership to Upstream. You continue to own your original music and creative work subject to any separate agreement you may enter into.

Submitted material may be accessed by authorized Upstream personnel, the reviewer selected or assigned to your order, and service providers reasonably required to deliver or administer the service.

05 How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

• Process orders and provide purchased services
• Route music to the appropriate reviewer
• Create and deliver reviews and scorecards
• Confirm orders, submissions, and payments
• Communicate with customers and reviewers
• Provide customer support

06 Payments

A reviewer may receive access to the artist information and creative material reasonably necessary to complete an assigned order.

Reviewers are expected to use that information only for legitimate Upstream-related purposes and must not publicly distribute, leak, sell, publish, or improperly use unreleased music or confidential artist information.

Reviewer access may be removed when it is no longer reasonably required.
